Tony's two championship belts as well as Carmen Basilio's

We need the public's help in tracking these down.
We need to be sure they are not for sale on any sports

WORLD MIDDLEWEIGHT

BOXING CHAMPION

Tony Zale

The Man of Steel

This BOOK spans eighty years and is dedicated to those who aspire to accomplish
their dreams in life.  The benchmark set by this world champion in and out
of the ring is formidable. but, the real key to success for the champion of
these pages is about what you give back.   In the words of Tony Zale,
"You receive far more from life by what you give,
rather than by what you get."
Thad zale and clay moyle have completed
their collaboration on the life story of
Tony Zale (Antoni Florian Zaleski) from gary, Indiana.
This long awaited biography goes behind the scenes
of a young polish steelworker who overcame his
shyness to become boxing's
middleweight champion of the world in the 1940's.
with over 490 pages and more than 400 photos,
the book goes in for a closer look at how difficult
the champ's  life was outside the ring.  after retiring as a
professional in the sport of boxing, tony worked many
years with the youth in the city of chicago.
his message was . . .
"keep the kids in the ring and off the streets."

Bless all of you who take the time to  read the
message within these pages.
